End of the year

We are thinking of going the last week in December, but are concerned about what Sangster will be like if we try to fly out on Saturday, Jan. 2nd! We tend to avoid traveling on Saturdays any time of the year but to add the New Years travel to the mix might be over the top. Looks like that week or not at all for us (until spring anyway) so I'll just have to see if I can get upto face the crowds at Sangster on a day like that!

The good news is the new airport renovation has really streamlined arrivals and departures. While travel on holidays is always a challenge, I don't think it will be any more so than normal.

That's good to hear. The airport improvements have been amazing at Sangster, but I mostly notice them after I get through security and into the departure gates area. The check-in lines look like the same old madhouse to me even on our most recent trip (another amazing GoClassy Internet Dept trip to BRB over this past Thanksgiving). We traveled home the day after Thanksgiving and it was difficult, but since it fell on a Friday that always helps. Saturdays in Sangster bring bad memories. At least if we have a problem we could hopefully get out the next day on Sunday to not lose our jobs come Monday! Thanks Lance! I will work on Nancy about making this happen.
